Nowra Riverfront Rezoning to Reap 650-Home Harvest
Two major housing projects on the NSW South Coast that will deliver up to 650 homes along a riverfront precinct will be fast-tracked under a joint-government initiative.
The project, a partnership between the NSW Government and the Shoalhaven City Council, is a state significant rezoning proposal for 3.4ha of waterfront land at Nowra between the Shoalhaven River and the Entertainment Centre.
This site has the potential to provide up to 270 homes across midrise buildings of up to 23m high.
