Elizabeth Fauerso was Pearl’s chief strategy and marketing officer and has worked on the development for over 12 years. During that time her work was focussed on user experience and the creation of public spaces that would bring people together and foster human connection. In 2022 Fauerso became the CEO of Potluck Hospitality, one of three entities that the company behind Pearl has been split into, which manages the development's growing F&B footprint and is currently developing 200,000 square feet of new hospitality space.
