Coronation Property said they "left the best for last" at its masterplanned community along the rejuvenated Georges River in Liverpool.
The final apartment release at The Paper Mill, The Foundry, is set to be released to market this April.
The final offering includes a range of apartments from one bedroom to three bedroom apartments within the tower positioned to take full advantage of water views.
The Foundry represents the first time that larger, three bedroom apartments will be available on higher floors within an apartment tower at The Paper Mill precinct, with most previously released, similarly configured apartments positioned close to, or at, ground level.
With architecture and interiors by SJB Architects, The Foundry is the fourth and final stage release to the precinct currently taking shape on the former site of one of Australia’s oldest and biggest paper mills.
The new release of apartments will also include a rooftop garden area spanning 1200 square metres that will be designed by award-winning landscape designer and media personality, Jamie Durie, as well as a rooftop pool that overlooks the picturesque Georges River.
When completed, The Foundry will offer 198 apartments across 17 levels, and will be located on the southern corner of The Paper Mill precinct, where it will connect via landscaped walkways to the precincts’ other residential buildings.
Coronation Property’s Director of Sales Jason Soulos said The Foundry is casting the light on the next generation of waterfront living in The Paper Mill precinct.
“The Foundry has a rich history, and this is strongly reflected by way of Coronation’s commitment to restoring materials from yesteryear to bring the past into the present,” Mr Soulos said.
“Based on previous sales launches at The Paper Mill, The Foundry is expected to sell out very quickly, particularly as it represents the very last building at this popular precinct and offers many more three bedroom options, which have proven the most popular to date."Mr Soulos said that current population projections indicate that one in three new residents of New South Wales will live in the Great South West by 2036, another factor he says is at the heart of Coronation Property’s drive to deliver outstanding quality and product diversity to future residents to ensure they are well catered to.
Along with the Foundry, The Paper Mill is also working on repurposing a 19th century heritage mill building which will become the precincts' main centre of action with retail outlets, café’s, pop-up shops, farmer’s markets and community activities.
The contemporary, 1,400 square metre open-plan space featuring exposed ceilings and concrete flooring will be surrounded by alfresco dining areas and even a community garden. This is set to become Liverpool’s new premier food, beverage and curated retail precinct along the banks of the river.
Once The Paper Mill is fully occupied, it will be home to approximately 3,000 residents, all of whom will have direct access to the river, as will local Liverpool residents, who can enjoy the Georges River like never before.
