Parramatta's West Village In Final Selling Stage

Screen-Shot-2016-09-20-at-11

EcoWorld’s $310 million West Village development is in its final selling stage, with less than 40 apartments left on the market.

Potential buyers have until mid October to purchase in the highly anticipated residential development in Parramatta’s CBD, as the display suite on site is due for demolition.

As part of the release of the penthouses and sub penthouses, EcoWorld has partnered with interior design specialists Coco Republic to offer design packages to the value of $30,000 to purchasers of the remaining penthouses and $20,000 packages to purchasers of the remaining three bedroom apartments.

Buyers can either choose to let Coco Republic’s senior interior stylists curate the design packages for their new apartment, or style it themselves using Coco Republic products.

EcoWorld wants to provide a project that can be considered the most impressive residential experienced in Parramatta, featuring design work by Woods Bagot and landscaping by Myles Baldwin.

A communal rooftop observation deck with views to the CBD and Blue Mountains delivers a place to relax, recharge and entertain. An additional rooftop garden with barbecue facilities encourages residents to connect and engage, creating a strong village atmosphere. There’s also a dedicated piano room and an indoor 9-18 hole virtual golf range.

Most apartments also come with secure parking.

An impressive retail component is already in place with Chinta Ria and Salt Meats Cheese confirmed as tenants as well as more high-profile names soon to be announced.

In addition to the Coco Republic collaboration, EcoWorld has also partnered with GoGet to offer residents a complimentary first year membership, demonstrating West Village’s support of improving public transport options in the area.
