Perri Projects Launches Tailored Living Residences In South Yarra

Perri Projects has launched a new concept in apartment living, ‘Tailored Living Residences’, a concept that will see home automation, personalised valet services and remote control technology delivered to residents through smart building design, assisted by phone and tablet applications.

The Tailored Living Residences concept is being launched as part of Perri Projects’ new ‘The Englefield’ development in South Yarra later this month. The bespoke, high-end development comprises seven penthouse-sized apartments offering all the benefits and privacy of a large freestanding home, without the maintenance or upkeep.

Perri Projects Director, David Scalzo said the concept was created to cater for a new demographic of discerning owner occupiers whom are considering the benefits of apartment living for the first time.
