Leading Queensland property group Pradella is celebrating the complete sell-out of its premium Liberte apartments with 100 percent of sales achieved in less than 12 months and more than 9 months before project completion and settlement.
Record-breaking sales of the inner-city development exceeded $50 million with over half of buyers heralding from the local area, highlighting Brisbane’s growing demand for premium yet attainable apartments.
Located in the iconic Brisbane suburb of Kangaroo Point, Liberte’s impressive resort-style precinct features a selection of 112 luxurious one, two, and three bedroom apartments offering spacious design and spectacular views across the city.
Pradella Director, Kim Pradella said that buyers had been drawn to the generous proportions and enviable lifestyle on offer at the development – a rarity given its inner-city location.
“We are delighted by the fantastic reception Liberte has received from both local and interstate buyers, reflected in the speed at which the apartments have sold,” he said.
“Much of this appeal lies in the fact that we are able to offer a level of indoor and outdoor living space unmatched by many other inner-city projects and compounded by our signature resort-style amenities.”
“Moreover, being located just 1km outside of the CBD means buyers do not have to compromise on space, location or lifestyle.”
Hot on the heels of this success, Pradella has revealed plans to further bolster its presence in West End with start of construction on the final chapter of the popular Gardens precinct.
Following strong sales at stage one and two, construction has now started on the last two stages. With an end value anticipated to surpass $255 Million for the four staged Gardens development, Arbor and Parc have already achieved 75% percent sales since public launch.
The two twelve level towers will be situated within the expansive 5.3 hectare Riverside West End precinct – which also boasts the recently completed View and Rise towers in the Gardens development – and form the twelfth West End venture for the Brisbane-based developer.
Upon completion, which is scheduled for late 2016, Arbor will feature 111 contemporary one and two bedroom apartments while Parc will boast 126 apartments with one, two or three bedroom floorplans available.
Mr Pradella said the Gardens development represents a significant milestone for the 4101 area given its unique proposition for owners and investors alike.
“Gardens is a meticulously master planned neighbourhood and provides four new residential offerings built around 5,500 square metres of private green space serving as an urban retreat only 3km from the city,” he said.
“The apartments have been orientated to maximise their natural surroundings and are popular with both local and interstate buyers.
“As such, we’ve seen a number of previous Pradella investors secure second properties at Gardens, highlighting their popularity as premium yet attainable developments.”
On completion, Gardens precinct will feature a total of 469 apartments with a selection of city, river and parkland views.
