Pre-Sales Boom For Premier Tower

Buyer interest has been strong for Fragrance Group’s first landmark residential apartment project in Melbourne, Premier Tower, with 60 per cent already sold.

Premier Tower is a mixed use tower located at the corner of Spencer Street and Bourke Streets, opposite Southern Cross Station.

The proposed development consists of 780 residential apartments over 78 levels with four levels of basement car parking. In addition to the residential tower, there will be a boutique hotel housed in the podium levels hosting approximately 175 rooms with dedicated amenities. Construction is due to commence early next year.

“We are excited to be launching our first Melbourne development project and are thrilled with the strong response from the market in these early stages,” Fragrance Group’s Adrian Lim said.

The Elenberg Fraser-designed project is being marketed by Colliers International and project managed by PDS Group.

Tim Storey, Colliers International Managing Director of Residential, said Premier Tower would capitalise on its unique inner city location, providing residents with a launch pad to multicultural Melbourne, and a world of entertainment at its doorstep.

“As the first major CBD residential project launch in 2015, Premier Tower is already attracting keen interest from purchasers eager to surround themselves with quality, luxury features and access to exclusive facilities unparalleled elsewhere in Melbourne,” Mr Storey said. “The strong initial response to the project demonstrates the ongoing  strength of the market.”
