Former Factory Site Transformed For Richmond Apartment Dwellers

A dramatic addition to Richmondʼs architectural landscape is set to rise at 9-15 David Street.

Located just 750 metres from the Bridge Road retail hub, the Supply Co. building will feature 140 apartments across 11 levels.

Built on the site of a factory that worked with concrete and steel, the Supply Co. building retains the robust facade and artwork of the former factory. Architecture firm Peddle Thorpe has also echoed its heritage with the use of materials such as concrete, glass and metal.
