The building also offers five-star resident facilities across a dual-height whole-floor space on level eight. This area is devoted to an indoor lap pool featuring a spa, steam room and sauna. The Australian reported that the Southbank site was purchased by Chinese Group Financial Fook in 2014 for $18 million.
