Project Profile – Haven by Hamton, Melbourne

Acclaimed property developer

Hamton has succeeded in its efforts to bring Melbourne a slice of residential

Haven.

Just three kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, Haven is the latest instalment of Hamton’s luxurious three-staged riverfront development in the city’s Yarra region.

The residential building will consist of 166 boutique apartments and terraces, all boasting serene Yarra river frontage, architecturally designed by

Rothe Lowman.

Haven follows the project’s first-stage residential development named Eden, which sold all of its 203 apartments off the plan in a matter of months.

Hamton’s aim for the Haven development was to deliver a new standard of apartment living, akin to a five star hotel.

The development boasts several unique features such as a Health and Wellbeing Retreat, an outdoor heated lap pool and spa, a hotel-like lobby, and outdoor adventure hire.

In the first few weeks of its release, the project sold 24 apartments and garnered $21 million in sales.

Hamton Sales Director Cameron Yates said there has been an increase in the number of people visiting the display suite and that significant interest stems from affluent residents of neighbouring suburbs such as Kew and Hawthorn.

“We have seen a bounce in the market in the last month – particularly from the discerning owner-occupier looking for a premium location and facilities,” Mr. Yates said.

“Quality product and outstanding lifestyle amenities have a place in the market.”

Construction has commenced on Eden,

but is yet to start on Haven,

meaning that all sales continue to be made off-the-plan.

Haven apartments range in price, from $365,000 to 3.9 million.

-       1 bedroom units – from $365,000

-       2 bedroom – from $680,000

-       3 & 4 bedroom – from 1.435 million
