$380m Rochedale Estates Completes Further Stage

D

One of Queensland's largest display home villages is complete and open for inspection within Aveo Property Group’s $380 million The Rochedale Estates community.

A one-stop home shop for prospective buyers, Display World 2 showcases over 50 homes, among them some of the most expensive residences to grace an Australian display village.

The precinct features over 20 leading home builders with most companies presenting more than one of their designs.

Aveo Property Group senior development manager Mr Troy Thompson said Display World 2 was already attracting around 500 inspections each weekend, drawing people from as far south as Ballina in northern NSW to Bundaberg in the north and Toowoomba to the west.

Mr Thompson said the precinct gave prospective buyers an incredible level of choice and convenience.

“Buyers love the fact that it is only 15km from the CBD and very accessible to the M1,” he said.

"There is a real smorgasbord of house designs and sizes - people are spending large parts of a day at Display World 2.

“They come to the village and look at homes for two or three hours, duck off to grab some lunch and then return for the afternoon, and even then some people can’t take it all in.
