THE second stage of Robina’s $162 million Cambridge Residences has been released to the market after 179 apartments in the first instalment sold in less than 12 months.
The project, headed by SPG Investment Holding Limited and Shino Development Group, has secured $65 million in sales since its launch to the market in December 2014.
Stage two of Cambridge Residences comprises 213 one, two and three bedroom apartments priced from $347,000 and ranging in size from approximately 75sqm to 150sqm.
McGrath Projects director Steven Chen is marketing the project and said the developers were encouraged to bring forward the next stage off the back of escalating sales momentum.
