Sales are heating up at Montek Property’s ELORA at Upper North Shore, with buyers purchasing 84 per cent of apartments since its launch to market just over a week ago.
There are only seven two-bedroom apartments left for sale at the 44-apartment development at 30-34 Henry Street.
Buyers were quick to snap up the one and three bedroom designs.
The property had been originally scheduled to launch on Saturday, March 14 but the date was pushed forward after their display suite attracted strong interest.
Montek Property Development Director Philip Thomas said ELORA was a “highly sought after” address due to its village lifestyle and proximity to amenities.
CBRE Residential Projects Director Colin Griffin confirmed that ELORA appealed to a wide range of buyers.
“Pairing absolute convenience with the hallmarks of boutique apartment living, ELORA makes an attractive prospect for discerning professionals seeking convenience to the city right through to downsizers wanting the benefits of a serene but well located community,” he saidDesigned by PBD Architects, ELORA is close to Gordon Village and Gordon rail station.
Construction on ELORA is anticipated to commence in June 2015, with an expected completion date in late 2015.
