Total sales have exceed $175 million, including the sale of five apartments which have been amalgamated into a super sky home for a total sale price of $4.1 million.
With the roof scheduled to be constructed in the coming weeks, the ground breaking mixed-use development is on track for completion by mid-2015.
Lead selling agent Peter Malady, managing director of 360 Project Marketing
, says it is an extremely pivotal time for The Milton Residences, which is fast approaching both completion and sell-out.
"We have had a consistent run of sales over the past six months, including the sale of the amalgamated super sky home, along with three bedroom skyhomes which have sold from $1.25 million through to $1.8 million," he said.
"There are very few opportunities to secure an apartment at The Milton Residences with just 23 properties remaining in the development.”
The Milton Residences InteriorAccording to Mr Malady, the final apartments are all large, high-end properties with a handful of skyhomes between levels 22 and 25, all offering city views, with prices now starting from $1.35 million.
"There is also a good selection of luxury two and three bedroom apartments available, from $745,000,” he said.
Designed by award-winning architects DBI Design, the 30-level development is changing Milton’s skyline, with an architecturally designed tower boasting a fresh, contemporary exterior, matched by the finest quality interiors and Armani/Casa furnishings which will feature in the residents’ executive lounge and foyer.
Mr Malady says The Milton Residences has consistently attracted strong interest from buyers looking for low maintenance living in a brand new, high quality development, which is located in one of Brisbane's most sought after addresses.
"It has been met with strong pent-up demand from those who have been waiting for an opportunity to secure a new home in the suburb, with its location and direct access to Milton Railway Station, being key drawcards for purchasers," he said.
It also will be Australia's first five-star Minor International (MINT) managed residences, which - according to Aveo Senior Development Manager Gino Mollo - will add significant value to the property.
“MINT will bring the popular concierge, reception and other services seen in upmarket residential buildings across the globe to inner Brisbane,” he said.
Located just 2.5 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, residents will also have an array of restaurants, shops and cafes within easy reach, with the Park Road restaurant strip just metres down the road.
