Sammut Moves Ahead on ‘Best Site in Cronulla’
Allen Sammut had waited 10 years for the moment when he would dig a golden shovel in and turn the first sod at “the greatest site in central Cronulla”.
Sammut Group, the family-run NSW-based developer, has now begun work on its $100-million beachfront apartment block, dubbed Palm, at 67 Gerrale Street.
“This journey trying to secure the site started eight to 10 years ago and then reignited about four years ago,” Sammut said.
