Construction is set to commence soon on BPM's $300 million Shadow Play development in Melbourne’s Southbank.
Located at 105 Clarendon Street, the opulent 46-level development will feature 494 apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedroom designs.
Set for completion in 2018, BPM founder and company director Jonathan Hallinan said the launch of Shadow Play was the realisation of his long term vision to contribute to the architectural impact on Melbourne’s skyline.
Designed by architectural firm Elenberg Fraser, the defining feature of the tower will be the sculptural exterior, containing undulations in the building’s facade.

The luxury interiors, featuring stone, brass and timber, have been designed by Hecker Guthrie. Residents will have access to a digital platform that will allow them to control the apartment environment and take advantage of exclusive retail and service offers from local partners.
Shadow Play's residential amenities include private dining with kitchen and lounge area, gym, spa, steam room, bubble pool, BBQ and sun bathing area. Common areas will feature a lobby and roof top area, complete with reflective tree pods, onsite café and concierge desk.
The development is on the corner of City Road and Clarendon Street, within walking distance from Southgate Complex, Crown Casino, the Arts Precinct, the Melbourne Convention Centre and local parks and gardens.
The display suite is open to the public at the old King Furniture site at 105 Clarendon Street Southbank.
