It has been almost three years since the ambitious vision was unveiled to take the Gold Coast’s skyline to a dizzying 101 storeys.

But it seems the stage is finally being set for One Park Lane, a soaring dual-tower proposal on the edge of the Southport CBD.

Reconfiguration of the site—including a proposed land swap—for the yet-to-be-approved project is under way to accommodate what is touted to become Australia’s loftiest highrise development.
