Stockwell has launched Virtuoso, a luxury development on the last remaining river site on the elevated West End peninsula.
Previously home to the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, the site was purchased by Stockwell and its joint venture partner Gresham Property Fund No 4 late last year.
Gresham Property Executive Director Stuart Skerman said, "Gresham is looking forward to undertaking the Project in a joint venture partnership with Mark and the Stockwell team. This partnership gives Gresham the opportunity to engage with a highly experienced and industry recognised developer and to capitalise on the skills sets of both parties involved."

Stockwell achieved DA on the site in just over 3 months, a significantly shorter timeframe than is usually experienced in the industry which is testament to the quality of the design.
