Stone Creek, a $70 million boutique residential development located in Upper Coomera, has been popular with locals who have snapped up 48 homesites in the last few months, with just 3 lots remaining for sale in the current land release.
Andrew Roubicek, Director of Residential at
Colliers International who is marketing the estate, said the success of the latest stage has spurred on the developer, TJ International to deliver the next release.
“We are overwhelmed with the demand for these premium expansive land sites, and believe the next release due to be launched in November will be just as well received,” said Mr Roubicek.
“The newest stage will consist of 11 homesites ranging between 500 square metres and 614 square metres in size and will be available for sale from only $233,000. Once complete the estate will comprise 247 homesites. At this stage there are still about 70 lots remaining to be built.”
Colliers International has found that the buyer profile at Stone Creek consists of 98 per cent owner-occupiers with just a few investors choosing the estate for a sound investment.
“Families and young couples find the estate particularly appealing due to its high standard of landscaping and high quality house design,” Mr Roubicek said.
“The estate features 51 hectares of pristine bushland in addition to the abundance of naturally formed creeks and lush eco-reserves that surround the estate. This in turn provides privacy for the residents with peaceful surrounds and no drive through traffic.”
Mr Roubicek says that there has been a strong rebound for land on the Gold Coast, this has been fuelled by population growth, consumer confidence and a lack of quality land.
Stone Creek Estate is located on Tamborine Oxenford Road in Upper Coomera, which is one of the more dynamic and quickly growing regions in south east Queensland. The region has a number of development projects currently underway, including the Upper Coomera Town Centre.
The estate is easily accessible via the M1 highway connection between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The Coomera Railway station is also in close proximity.
