ASX-listed developer, Sunland Group, have unveiled plans for its new master planned community,
Adresse, in Point Cook, Melbourne.
Set around a five-acre central garden, Adresse comprises 470 allotments ranging in size from 325 square metres to 1,000 square metres, connected by tree-lined boulevards and pathways.
The first stage, released in June, comprises 41 land parcels starting from $242,000.
Sunland Managing Director, Sahba Abedian, said the launch of the highly-prized stage one land release in late June generated strong interest from local buyers looking to take advantage of the site’s premium location and design aesthetics.
“Adresse is superbly positioned in Point Cook’s final, premium land offering and close to all of the area’s premier retail and recreation facilities,” Mr Abedian said.
“Our vision for this site is to create a vibrant community environment that seamlessly integrates with the existing amenities and infrastructure in Point Cook, while at the same using elegant design guidelines and stunning parklands to create a unique lifestyle for residents.
“The five-acre central parkland will be located on Gramercy Boulevard and within 400 metres walk of every Adresse residence – making it a wonderful extension of residents own back yards.
“In the tradition of magnificent public parks, it will feature expansive landscape design and urban art installations, creating a beautiful environment for the community to come together and connect.
“The park, upon completion, will represent a $5 million investment in the region – an enduring gift that will nurture the urban fabric of the surrounding community for generations to come.”
Construction will commence on a new display village at Adresse early next year and will feature an outstanding collection of Melbourne’s leading home builders.
