Sunland Group has announced its plan to launch an $80 million house and land development on the Sunshine Coast following the success of previous $30 million project The Pavilions.

Ahead of its half-year profit result Sunland Group yesterday announced its development plans for the residential property, The Terraces, at Peregian Springs.

Designed to appeal to first homebuyers and empty nesters The Terraces will be made up of 163 single and double-storey homes.

Sunland Managing Director Sabha Abedian told media the development aims to bring architectural affordability to buyers.

“Vaulted ceilings, and thoughtful open planning create an enhanced sense of space, -enriched by the seamless interaction between the indoor and outdoor living environments,” Mr Abedian said.

Early works for the development is scheduled to start next month, adding yet another project to the Sunland Groups’ large plate.

This new project on the Sunshine Coast is to accompany some of the other high-profile projects Sunland is working on, including:

  • Grace on Coronation, a $420 million dollar triple-tower high rise on the former ABC site
  • Abian, a $220 million dollar luxury skyscraper that is being constructed in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD
