ASX-listed developer Sunland Group, has announced the launch of its residential development,
Carré, in Springvale in Melbourne’s south-east.
The new precinct will comprise 239 townhouses, ranging in size from 127 to 214 square metres.
Designed by Sunland’s in-house architects, each double-storey residence features three bedrooms, some with an optional study, two bathrooms, a private courtyard, and either a single or double car garage, with pricing from $458,000.
Carré’s exterior façade features white minimalistic designs, flat roof treatments and sharp, solid edging creating a series of sculptural homes.
The interiors feature white-on-black palette of black gloss cabinetry, black stone bench tops and bronzed mirrored splash-backs in the kitchens, while the bathrooms feature white custom-designed vanities and refined stone benches.
Stage one has completely sold out and there has been strong demand for homes in stages two and three, which are now over 70% sold.
Sunland Group Managing Director, Sahba Abedian, said registrations exceeded expectations in the lead up to the formal public launch, with the project’s sculptural design and central parkland positioning it as a sophisticated lifestyle offering in the region.
“We are experiencing incredibly high demand for this project, with stage 0ne sold out in just a matter of weeks,” Mr Abedian said.
“Carré is unlike any other residential offer in the region, featuring high calibre architectural design, expansive green spaces, and a spacious three-bedroom, double garage floor plan.
“We have placed a keen emphasis on Carré’s sculptural façades and elegant interiors to create a beautiful home and community environment, and a destination where residents aspire to live.”
Carré will be launched to the public in mid-June.
