Sunland Group’s seventh and final stage of the Carré Residences one of the most architecturally stunning home designs has finally been released. Located in Springvale in Melbourne’s south-east, the residential community is predicted to be wowed by the design.
In December 2014, Sunland Group was awarded with top industry honours for medium density development in Victoria, as well as achieving other highly prestigious awards for their work.
The Carré Residence has produced success after success thanks to the 180 luxury townhouses – a part of the previous stages of the development.
The 239 premium town houses have all since been sold as a result of the growing consumer need for architecturally sophisticated residences and communities.
“The success of the vibrant new enclave was the result of meticulous master planning and sophisticated architectural home designs to create an elegant, connected community environment," Sahba Abedian, Sunland’s Group Managing Director said.
The project has been planned around a large central park within walking distance for every home and is just minutes from transport and a prime retail district.
“The level of design detail within every home extends into the surrounding community, so that every aspect of living forms part of a larger, harmonious balance,” Mr Abedian said.
The design of the new homes includes a stunning asymmetrical façade, 171 square metres of luxury open plan living with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study. The homes also come with a luxury finish which includes high-gloss cabinetry, stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances and bronzed mirrored splash-backs in the kitchen. The townhouse features either three or four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, single or double care garage and a private courtyard.
“We will be releasing up to 25 of [the] home designs in the final release of Carré Residences to further diversify the elegant typography of the architectural landscape,” Mr Abedian said.
