Sunland's Dahlia Stage One Sell-Out

S

Sunland Group has completely sold out of the first stage of its

Dahlia residences in North Kellyville, north-west of Sydney, in three weeks.

The new $126 million master planned community is located on a 12 hectare site and will comprise 124 free-standing family homes, 24 terrace homes and 15 lot lands, all set over multiple stages.

This announcement follows Sunland's recent completion of their sell-out success, The Parc, also located in Kellyville.

Sunland Managing Director, Sahba Abedin, said the Group received more than 500 registrations of interest in the lead up to the launch of Dahlia Residences in early August, when they released 32 homes from the first stage into the market.

Mr Abedin said they believe the overwhelming buyer interest is due to the master planned community’s strong design aesthetics.

“Our vision for Dahlia Residences is to create a vibrant community that seamlessly integrates with the existing amenities and infrastructure in North Kellyville and the wider Baulkham Hills region,” Mr Abedin said.

“The development is superbly located within North Kellyville’s established environs and combines elegant architecture, landscape design and the area’s natural beauty to create a singularly unique lifestyle for residents.

The first release of homes at Dahlia Residences comprised a mix of four-bedroom freestanding homes, and three and four-bedroom terrace residences, with prices starting from $680,000.

Construction of this first stage is scheduled to commence in late 2014.

The second stage comprises detached three and four bedroom family homes, and is expected to be released in October.
