Sunshine Coast New Community At Peregian Breeze

P

Sunshine Coast’s newest masterplanned community,

Peregian Breeze has just released its first stage of residential home sites.

The development by Laterial Properties will eventually comprise 399 freehold residential home sites and extensive parklands, has already attracted strong interest from the locals.

The first stage at Peregian Breeze will offer a variety of home sites that will range from 375 square metres to 795 square metres.

Bounded by Noosa National Park and only 1.5 kilometres from the beach, the first land release will offer great value with sites selling from $190,000 to $280,000.

Clinton Trezise, Associate Director of Residential at Colliers International said there has been limited land offerings at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast and this development is proving to attract the market.

"We have already received strong interest from local buyers and builders and expect the home sites to be hotly contested when they become available for sale this August."“The initial stage of the development will include a central neighbourhood park featuring a state of the art playground, picnic and fitness facilities.

"Also proposed for the area are a childcare and local convenience centres which will be incorporated to this new community increasing liveability, particularly for young families,” said Mr Trezise.

Linear parklands also border areas of the development between new home sites and the Noosa National Park and will incorporate a series of fitness stations that will be linked to the central park and local community via pathways and cycle ways.

Mr Trezise said the developer is keen to facilitate a sense of community.

“By connecting people via pathways and active outdoor areas the developer hopes to promote both healthy lifestyle and focal points for the community to meet."“We will be working with a range of leading builders to provide a selection of house and land packages for the development, but the buyers can also choose their own builder and design to suit their individual requirements."
