The Halston is the Future of North Strathfield Property

As the newest and only off-the-plan project on the market in North Strathfield, The Halston is already making a big impression. Set within the “triangle of hubs”, its 145 apartments are designed with signature innovative and sustainable styles for today’s homeowners.

With prices starting from $563,000, The Halston offers a range of one, two and three bedrooms across three buildings, positioned about a 30-minute drive from Sydney’s CBD and 15 minutes to Parramatta.

With three railway stations within a 10-minute walk, The Halston offers the ultimate convenience for residents and visitors alike.

As a collaboration between FUSE Architects, Jackson Teece, Sturt Noble and Piety Group, this property development project is carefully designed to give a casual, neighbourhood vibe while boasting textural features with functionality and intention.

To pay homage to the region’s history while adding to the community’s future, The Halston maximises communal spaces, adapts sustainable design features and reimagines heritage facades.

From recycling waste produced during demolition and using less environmentally impactful building materials and techniques, to designing energy-efficient homes, The Halston holds sustainability at its core.

“The building has been designed to maximise the benefits of its natural setting. FUSE Architects provided us with a design solution that optimised the northern aspect together with the cross-flow ventilation throughout to reduce dependency on energy,” said Josh Patterson, Piety Group design manager.

With a vision to establish a higher standard for apartment living, The Halston’s apartments are layered with a flexible living space that can be tailored to any lifestyle preference.

Its neutral colour palette is also designed to blend harmoniously with the surroundings and gives residents the freedom to personalise their homes.

The landscaping is also integrated with the building design to maximise passive heating, cooling, natural light, cross ventilation and solar access—with a 25 per cent tree coverage to minimise the urban heat island effect.

“The Halston’s holistic approach to sustainability and functionality represents our vision of modern housing; personal connectivity and community connections imbued with timeless style,” said Alain Assoum, FUSE architect director.

“Rental growth continues to be supported by record low vacancy rates, with just 1.42 per cent of national unit rentals observed as vacant over the month. As overseas migration returns to pre-Covid levels, it's likely that rental demands will stay strong for some time yet, putting further pressure on vacancy rates,” said Kaytlin Ezzy, CoreLogic economist.

Building on North Strathfield’s long-standing reputation as a family-friendly suburb, The Halston is set to provide affordable housing for investors, downsizers and even first-home buyers with a budget of under $650,000.

“Investors have bought at The Halston because of the steady returns, low vacancy rates, and the fact that the Halston is the first new project in North Strathfield for many years. We also found that buyers have been attracted to the inner-west location, the proximity to the train station and the upcoming Metro,” Sam Elbanna, Laver Residential Projects project director.

The Halston presents an enchanting new approach to residential living, where beauty, sustainability and luxury meet to become a fundamental part of the everyday reality.
