Three Pillars Complete Final Stage of Martha Cove Development

Melbourne-based developer,

Three Pillars has completed construction of some of the first homes of its latest development,

Harbourside Terraces.

The $650 million, 94 hectare residential development located within the master-planned Martha Cove in Safety Beach, Victoria was designed by Malcolm Elliott Architects and built by Edgepoint Homes under an exclusive arrangement.

The completion of the first Harbourside homes marks a significant milestone for the development, which was brought out of receivership by Three Pillars, PPB Advisory and receivers KordaMentha.

Three Pillars and the two firms each control different sections of the project, with Three Pillars developing the Harbourside precinct.

Construction  began in July 2013 and since then more than 200 homes have been sold and lots within the fifth and final stage are now selling, with only 30 remaining.

Ranging in size from 169 to 187sq m, the remaining Harbourside homes feature three bedrooms and are priced from $439,000.

The Harbourside properties feature six-star energy ratings, communal pools and barbecue areas, back-to-base security systems and landscaped gardens.

The final stage will be officially launched with an open day at the development this Saturday 7th June.
