Developer Ideal Property has launched the luxury riverfront project "Banc" on Coronation Drive in Toowong.
The development includes 33 apartments with up to 230 sqm of living space with private lift to door entry.
Banc has been designed by WMK Architecture and SJB Interiors, who are among the consultants for the Barangaroo development in Sydney, and is being marketed by Peter Hutton of Hutton and Hutton luxury real estate.
Mr Hutton said there had been strong enquiry for Banc apartments ahead of release.
"We held a pre-launch event which attracted over 80 prospective purchasers and I am expecting to issue a number of contracts following a successful evening, which focussed on the rarity and exclusivity on Banc's location and design," he said.
"The majority of enquiry received to date has been from residents in Toowong and surrounding suburbs who are ready to downsize from the family home, but want their new address to offer the same level of luxury they have become accustomed to without compromising on size.
