Top Honour for Certatude in Building Certification

In a significant stride towards ensuring quality and compliance in the construction industry, building certification company Certatude has earned the honour of being the first certification firm to receive a 4-star rating from iCIRT.

This achievement not only marks Certatude’s commitment to excellence but also sets a new benchmark for the industry.

Certatude director Vijay Perumal said the accreditation by iCIRT showcased Certatude’s trustworthiness and reliability.

The Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT), developed by Equifax and backed by the NSW government, uses a rigorous five-star system to rate building professionals and provide confidence to the consumer.

A 3-star rating or higher indicates a trustworthy business that delivers a safe, compliant and durable building outcome.

Businesses undergo a rigorous and independent review process, which is scored and weighted across six eligibility criteria.

Certatude’s technical director Andrew Brohier said the industry could trust Certatude’s expertise, experience and ethical approach, ensuring that their projects were handled with utmost professionalism.

Since 2021, Certatude has steadfastly propelled its business forward, emerging as a dynamic force in the certification industry.

They have contributed to the success of major developments across several industries, including residential and mixed-use, commercial, retail, health and more.

Certatude director Elie Ishac said that their iCIRT accomplishment was not just about accolades but it reaffirmed Certatude’s mission to provide unparalleled value to its clients and stakeholders while adhering to the principles of transparency and ethical business practices.

“We view this rating as an endorsement of our continuous efforts to elevate industry standards. We look forward to the future with great anticipation and a renewed commitment to its valued clients and stakeholders,” Ishac said.
