$80m Development Application For Rosebery

Submitted to the City of Sydney last month, developers TopPlace are requesting permission to develop a residential development in Sydney's Rosebery.

Located at 66-67 Epsom and 95 Dalmeny Avenue, the application states that there will be a total of 267 units and 49 serviced apartments, including a mix of studios (12), one bedroom (99), two bedroom (132) and three bedroom (24) apartments.

"The building is proposed to be a bold element in the streetscape - recognisable, identifiable and unique, whilst creating a new urban place in Rosebery. This project, will not create this alone - rather it will fit with its immediate neighbours to do so."
