Harry Triguboff is selling off 94 apartments in his Rhodes waterfront development.
The apartments are in two low-rise buildings part of a Meriton project known as Reflections, at 44-46 Shoreline Drive.
The veteran developer kept the development, completed in 2010, as part of Meriton’s rental portfolio, along with projects Riverview and Aqua also located in the suburb 16-kilometres west of Sydney CBD.
Triguboff described the Rhodes sell off as Meriton “saving the best for last”.
“Our apartments are being upgraded to a standard that makes them perfect for owner-occupiers,” Triguboff said.
Meriton completed a refurbishment on both the 59 Riverview apartments, which have since sold, and Aqua apartments which still has nine of its 68 apartments on the market.
Meriton purchased a 3605sq m site at 551-559 Gardeners Road in Mascot last month for $25 million.
The Mascot site has approval for 110 apartments.
Meriton started purchasing up land in Rhodes, a former industrial suburb, 15 years ago.
Meriton is marketing the Reflections apartments between $520,000 to $1.7 million.
