Urbanity last chance

With just days until Urbanity 2024 begins, this is your last chance to secure tickets and must-attend event approaches a sell-out.

From July 30 to August 1, Urbanity will bring together a lineup of industry leaders, innovators, and thinkers dedicated to shaping the future of the development industry for three big days at The Star, Gold Coast.

The three-day conference is packed with interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, global keynote speakers and multiple networking opportunities.

Grab your chance to network with 500 property professionals at our welcome party, after party, guided site tours and more.

About the Urbanity networking events

Begin your Urbanity experience at the Urbanity Welcome Party to be held at La Luna Beach Club on the beautiful Marina Mirage on Tuesday.

Join more than 300 industry professionals for a premier networking experience with all-inclusive drink and food packages and entertainment.

Then, relax after the day two, unpack day one of the conference proper and get to know your peers at the post-day networking event onsite. Step outside onto the Events Centre Lawn to enjoy the Gold Coast weather and indulge in refreshments.

Urbanity last chance

Then, prepare for a sensory overload at Nineteen at The Star and the sun-drenched lounge bar featuring incredible views of the glittering Gold Coast skyline and a luxe rooftop location to wrap up your Urbanity experience.

Dance, mingle, and debrief on the incredible experiences and connections you’ve made throughout the conference.

New features for 2024

Several new concepts will debut at Urbanity this year, including the Exhibitor Market Hall, sponsored by Wolter Consulting Group.

The Market Hall is a space where exhibitors and attendees can engage in hands-on, practical conversations in a dedicated area.

Why attend Urbanity?

Urbanity is Australia’s premier property conference, hosting more than 500 attendees across three days at The Star on the Gold Coast. There will be hands-on workshops, 30 interactive sessions and multiple networking opportunities.

We can’t wait to see you at Urbanity 2024!
