During the past 15 years, Giannarelli has expanded the company’s footprint nationally and internationally, in particularly with the significant changes under way for the Gold Coast’s Marina Mirage.

Under Giannarelli’s leadership, the Giannarelli Group has developed a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. The company’s reach extends to commercial, residential, and retail developments, showing a varied approach to development.

Gianerelli is involved in the hotel sector, and is known for his work on Marina Mirage and for driving projects that aim to set new standards in luxury. This focus reflects a strategic shift towards sectors with significant growth potential, aligning with broader trends in the property market.

As the property development sector evolves and shifts, the experiences of private developers like Dion Giannarelli bring insight into what’s happening behind the scenes.

His session at Urbanity will offer insight into the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Attendees can expect to gain an understanding of hands-on strategies used in future development projects across Australia.

Urbanity is Australia’s premier property conference, hosting more than 500 attendees across three days at The Star on the Gold Coast. There will be hands-on workshops, 30 interactive sessions and multiple networking opportunities.
