Victoria Park Residences in The Kelvin Grove Village precinct has attracted a strong response from buyers, achieving $45 million worth of sales for the $65 million development since its launch late last year.
Residential Project Manager at Colliers International, Sally Ho said that there are only six apartments remaining.
“Out of the 118 apartments, 95 per cent of the apartments have sold and have equally been taken up by the local owner occupiers and investors,” Ms Ho said.
The remaining apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom apartments with one car space which are selling from $544,000 to $675,000.
“The two largest apartments available are in the 208sq m to 264sq m range and are perfect for those wishing to downsize and reside in this lifestyle precinct,” Ms Ho said.
CS Development Group, the project and had a strategy to deliver spacious and comfortable inner city apartments.
“This is the reason why their designs tend to feature larger than normal floorplans and offer great value for money compared to other new product in the area,” Ms Ho said.
Victoria Park Residences consists of 118 large, well-appointed apartments, with a mixture of one and two-bedroom spacious floorplans. Each apartment will have a large usable balcony that is positioned to make the most of the park and north east aspects.
The residence will also include a lap pool, sundeck, barbeque facilities, gym and an outdoor workout zone.
Victoria Park Residences are just a few kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.
The construction of the five level apartment building commenced in February this year and is expected to be completed in June 2015.
