Villa World Unveils Era Stage Six

V

Developer Villa World has unveiled the next stage of its popular Era residential community at Capalaba on Brisbane’s bayside.

Stage 6 of Era will offer 32 homes on lots ranging in size from 375sqm to 760sqm, and priced from $499,000.

Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said the buyers at Era were attracted by the estate’s outstanding amenity thanks to its coastal bushland location.

“Our purchasers have high lifestyle ambitions – they like that the estate is tree-lined and is skirted by pathways and parks,” he said.

“People who have moved in have remarked about seeing wallabies and koalas during their morning walks.”

Mr Johnson said the homes at Era were from Villa World’s exclusive Vogue range, offering a range of extras to appeal to discerning buyers.

Vogue homes offer features such as higher ceilings, designer kitchen fixtures, a butler’s pantry, movable walls to create multi-purpose living areas, and a central media hub with USB and network outlets.

Deon and Tanya Esterhuizen bought at Era after living on acreage at nearby Mt Cotton for eight years.

Deon and Tanya“We needed to get closer to our son’s school and my work in the CBD,” Mr Esterhuizen said.

“We looked at various options and surrounding suburbs and Era was well positioned.

“We considered all our options and at the end of the day the value for money this package offered was unbeatable.”

Mrs Esterhuizen said there was a distinctive sense of community at Era.

“You’re in the middle of Capalaba but in your own estate; it’s like your own suburb within a suburb,” she said.

Chris and CassandraIt was a similar scenario for first home buyers Chris and Cassandra Bennet who were attracted to Era’s location and ambience.

“We did look around at a lot of places but we chose Era because it felt like home,” Mrs Bennet said.

“We weren’t looking in Capalaba but when we found Era we knew this was going to be a good spot; it’s a bit further away from the hustle in a nice way.

“It had the right location, was in our budget, and there were good schools in the area for when we have kids.”

Era will ultimately comprise 200 homes just minutes from public and private schools, shopping centres, medical services and sports facilities.

Coolnwynpin Creek Parkland runs through the community which is also bordered by bushland reserve and parkland.
