Woods Bagot Team Up With Developers To Create A Victorian Crowd-Pleaser

G

Within three months of launching, 70 per cent of apartments in Doncaster’s iconic

Gardenhill development have already been secured.

Featuring 136 one and two bedroom apartments, the development is an impressive collaboration offered by Melbourne property developer

Beulah International and Malaysian based

Farabaru Builder Group, however the draw card for many buyers is the architectural finesse

Woods Bagot have added to the project.

The development boasts penthouse kitchens in each apartment and spaciousness. A hint of green has also been infused, with a rooftop terrace garden, which features exclusive views of the surrounding environment.

Fajarbaru-Beulah International (Melbourne) Pty Ltd Executive Director, Jiaheng Chan, said Gardenhill’s popularity partly owes to its interior flexibility and architectural design.

“Gardenhill is proving to be Doncaster’s fastest selling apartment development, with a mix of local owner occupiers looking to downsize from their family home to astute investors eager to capitalise on the growing suburb,” Mr Chan said.

“We’ve found the project’s flexible interior spaces and moveable sliding panels along with the impeccable architectural design and stunning uninterrupted views to be some of the biggest draw cards for the project so far.

“Residents will also be spoilt for choice with unique amenities such as a rooftop teppanyaki grill and a delectable edible garden.”
