Emaar Developments New Dubai Tower To Be Decked With Rotating Balconies

e

Spanish architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava has released new details concerning his planned tower in Dubai. Due for completion in 2020, Currently entitled "The Tower,” the proposed building recently announced by Emaar Developments would be "a notch taller" than the 828-meter-tall (2,717-foot-tall) Burj, currently the tallest in the world, though the exact height hasn’t been decided, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The even taller tower will be decked with rotating balconies and elevated landscaping, inspired by the mythical hanging gardens of Babylon.
