Frasers Property Australia has launched an expressions of interest campaign to find a hotel operator and owner for its Shell Cove Waterfront Tavern within its $2.3 billion beachside masterplanned community.

The 1086sq m tavern, expected to be completed by 2021, is being offered as a freehold investment.

Frasers development director Glenn Colquhoun says the, H&E Architect-designed tavern will rank among Australia’s best in offering iconic panoramic east coast views.

“Like the Pavillion at Coogee, The Clovelly Hotel and Icebergs at Bondi,” he said.

The pub will include a family bistro area, sports bar with TAB, gaming room, private dining areas and a freestanding bar.

The EOI campaign is being run by HTL Property's Andrew Jolliffe.
