Slated to be the tallest residential property in Manhattan at 90-storeys, this architectural masterpiece stands 305 metres high and provides residents with expansive views of Central Park to the North, Downtown to the South, and both the Hudson and East Rivers.

Completed this year, One57 comprises 92 luxury residences above the 210-key Park Hyatt New York hotel.

Located on West 57th

Street, One57 was designed by Pritzker-prize winning architect Christian De Portzamparc and features walls of glass allowing for unobstructed views of Central Park and midtown Manhattan.

Its interiors were crafted by Danish designer Thomas Juul Hansen, recognised for his expertise in designing some of New York's most notable glass curtain wall residences.

“We have assembled the most talented architectural and design team in the world to create ONE57,” said Gary Barnett, President of Extell Development Company.

“Extell is committed to delivering homes of the highest quality. I am confident that this building will be the finest development in New York City and a great addition to its famous skyline.”

The One57 Price Tag

The astonishing residences of One57 come with price tags to match. With the penthouse already sold for over USD$90 million, the residences provide a true luxury lifestyle in the Manhattan Skyline.

The 1,300 square metres penthouse is comprised of six bedrooms, a library and unobstructed views of Central Park.

At the other end of the spectrum, two bedroom, two bathroom apartments have been selling for just under USD$9 million.

One57's Amenities

The amenities and services of One57 enables residents exclusive use to a private fitness centre, dining and function rooms, a yoga studio, pet wash room and screening and performance room, as well as the library which is fitted with billiard tables and a 24-foot aquarium, on-site parking, triple-height indoor swimming pool and custom Jacuzzi, catering kitchen, function room and arts and crafts atelier room.

One57 residents also have full access to the amenities and services provided by the Park Hyatt Hotel.

These services include 24-hour concierge, catering and room service, housekeeping service, dry cleaning and laundry service, ballroom access and deluxe spa services.

The Park Hyatt New York hotel at One57, will be the flagship for the Park Hyatt brand.
