Landmark Group Unveils The Macquarie Collection

Leading developer and construction group Landmark Group has launched a luxury residential development called The Macquarie Collection, at 5 Halifax Street, Macquarie Park.

The Macquarie Collection is Landmark’s first release within Macquarie Park.

The development features wonderfully appointed one, two and three-bedroom apartments, a rooftop retreat and multiple communal spaces that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor life, fostering a community amongst the owners.

Landmark acquired the 18,463sq m site in 2021 from Landcom, with buildings from 6 to 30 storeys expected to feature in excess of 1000 residences.

The Macquarie Collection is in a quiet village, featuring cafes, restaurants and supermarket, surrounded by the Lane Cove National Park and close to the vibrant Macquarie Park and North Ryde precincts.

Landmark Group chief executive Arash Tavakoli said: “We are developing a high-quality residential product at an affordable price point, in a location that is well connected to public transport with two Metro train stations and road links to Sydney’s CBD and greater Sydney.

“The area is a very popular residential destination in Sydney, featuring extensive retail and entertainment precincts, schools and university, hospital and employers. This area will become a vibrant community where people will live, work and play,” he said.

Many of the apartments will have stunning panoramic views, while being situated in a quiet and natural environment, with tranquil garden settings and a rooftop terrace for barbecues and entertaining.

The apartments, designed by AJC Architects, feature light-filled, open-plan spaces, kitchens with high-quality European appliances, as well as secure underground parking and ample storage space.

Buyers are also offered Landmark’s unique Quality Guarantee, featuring an extended 10-year structural warranty that exceeds the NSW statutory requirement of 6 years.

Tavakoli said: “The Macquarie Collection is the perfect location for people who want to enjoy a tranquil lifestyle with good access to parks, a vibrant village, great transport links, education facilities and many top employers.”

Construction of The Macquarie Collection is expected to be completed in late 2026.
