The Uniting Church Beneficiary Fund has sold an office property in one of Melbourne’s oldest laneways for $1.36 million.
CBRE’s Nick Lower, Tom Tuxworth and Tim Last negotiated the sale of the 282sqm half office floor at 11-19 Bank Place to a private owner occupier. The sale reflected a rate of $4,823 per square metre.
Mr Lower said the property attracted strong interest from a range of buyers.
“The Bank Place sale was sold with vacant possession a week prior to the campaign close date, indicating the increasingly competitive strata office market,” Mr Lower said.
“Surrounded by some of Melbourne’s most well-known eateries, this property was hotly contested, attracting a record 106 enquiries over the campaign period.”
