Luxury Developer Clutch Leads Eastern Suburbs Project Boom

The second half of 2023 is proving to be busier than ever for luxury Eastern Suburbs developer Clutch, with Mira in Bellevue Hill launching to market this month.

Mira is a one-of-a-kind development for those seeking a peaceful place to call home, offering just 14 residences, with a range of two and three-bedroom apartments across three levels to choose from. The Sydney apartments will be available in coming weeks.

Fusing Japanese and European aesthetics, Mira [pictured, above and below] boasts a unique, tasteful style and will embody beautiful views over Bellevue Hill alongside tranquil gardens and effortlessly refined living with a neutral colour palette.

Mira’s residences have carefully considered layouts and generous floorplans designed by PBD Architects, with interiors by the renowned Lawless and Meyerson.

Kitchens will boast top-of-the-range Gaggenau appliances, Astra Walker tapware and seamless custom joinery, and bathrooms will feature ice grey tapware against natural stone vanities.

Luxurious amenities include a circular swimming pool and landscaped communal gardens.

The jewel in the crown of Mira is the exclusive four-bedroom penthouse apartment, which boasts over 300sq m of indoor living, a private rooftop and plunge pool, wine room and butler’s pantry, plus parking for three cars.

Unusually, Mira is already under construction prior to being launched to the public, in a show of confidence in the market, and is being built by experienced builder, Lords Group.

Leading the sales at the launch this month will be exclusive selling agent Gavin Rubinstein and his team at The Rubinstein Group, who have a solid record for selling the most exclusive homes in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

“With the Eastern Suburbs still holding strong for sales, we’re confident TRG will have a successful selling campaign and are thrilled to be partnering with them on Mira exclusively,” Clutch head of sales and marketing Amanda Panetta said.

The Rubinstein Group and Clutch’s partnership has been a long-standing one, with their new head office going within another of Clutch’s luxury developments, Opus at Rose Bay.

The project on New South Head Road was recently featured on the successful property reality TV show, Luxe Listings Sydney, and its apartments will have exclusive unobstructed Harbour views.

Opus has recently been completed and purchasers have successfully settled on their new homes.

Clutch are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed high-end developments across the Eastern Suburbs and have several other luxurious projects under way in Sydney, including Bronte and Porter at Bondi Junction and Nove at Rose Bay, both due for completion in August and September respectively.
