Strong Sales At Nbh Lachlan's Line First Release

IMG_1555_620x380-1

Nbh at Lachlan's Line by Greenland has seen 100 apartments sold in its first release on Saturday 30 July.

The large master planned community in Sydney's north west will be the first mixed-use development in the new Lachlan’s Line precinct. The 1.53 hectare site will form stages 1 and 2 of the multi-million dollar Lachlan’s Line master-planned project.

Nbh will ultimately consist of approximately 900 apartments across six towers ranging in height from three to 17 storeys, and 6,000 sqm of ground floor retail.

In total, Nbh at Lachlan’s Line consists of 67 one bedroom apartments priced from $580,000 to $750,000, 322 one bedroom plus study apartments priced from $650,000 to $880,000, 390 two bedroom, two bathroom apartments priced from $950,000 to $1.27 million and 4 four bedroom, three-storey townhouses priced at over $2.5 million each.

Nbh's sales launchDesigned by two of Australia’s most established architecture firms Bates Smart and Turner, the 1.53 hectare site will also offer residents a 2,500sqm community centre and vast green space which will feature Lachlan’s Square as the heart of the soon to be buzzing and vibrant community - a space where locals can gather for social events and activities like outdoor cinemas, weekend markets, yoga or fitness training.

The master planned community will feature a state of the art retail experience, health and fitness club, medical centre, childcare centre, and a corporate space which will be occupied by the City of Ryde Council. An ‘Eat Street’ precinct will feature some of Sydney’s best dining experiences, including a selection of restaurants, cafes, fresh food and gourmet retailers offering alfresco dining.

Sherwood Luo, Managing Director of Greenland Australia said the strong response from the market was thanks to the demand for high quality living in Sydney, which Nbh offers.

“Nbh at Lachlan’s Line will become a lifestyle-oriented community with a beautiful big park anchoring the development as well as a huge 6000 square metre activated retail precinct featuring restaurants, cafes and gourmet grocers which will become a new destination for Sydneysiders.

“We believe this highly resolved social infrastructure is what has appealed to so many of our buyers today together with the excellent transport links the development offers with two train stations located in walking distance as well as a dedicated bus stop.”

Mr Luo also credited the day’s impressive sales to the highly respected reputation which Greenland has built as a global developer.

Lachlan's Line penthouse render“Greenland has developed several of the tallest residential towers and largest urban complexes in the world. This has been instrumental in giving our buyers confidence investing in our projects. Our continued success ensures that we always deliver on time, and on budget,” he said.
