New Tower Planned For East Brisbane

Developer Economidis & Yarnell Pty Ltd has submitted a new DA for a three tower development located at 15-17 Wellington Road, East Brisbane.

Tower A would be 15 storeys with 164 apartments, tower B would be 16 stories with 122 apartments, while Tower C would be 12 storey's high with 154 apartments.

The development includes 214 one-bedroom apartments, 220 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom.

The proposed development also includes resident’s pools and barbeque areas and eight ground floor shops.

The development adjoins a vacant council site and the developer has pledged to create a high quality interface with the site with the vision that it will be turned into parkland.
