Privately owned property manager and developer Nielson Properties has submitted a new DA for a 59-level residential tower located at 500 George Street in the heart of Brisbane.
The 190 metre tower will include 144 serviced apartments and student accommodation from level 8 to 25. From level 26 to 56 it will include 248 apartments, split evenly between one and two bedroom apartments.

Units have been designed with deep balconies facing north-east toward Roma Street Parklands and south-west toward the Brisbane River.
The building was designed by Cottee Parker and includes flourishes such as a full floor resident’s sky pool and terrace on Level 58.
