Australia’s largest standalone convenience store brand, NightOwl, has taken up a long term tenancy at Carindale in Brisbane’s east.
NightOwl has leased a 112 sqm tenancy in a retail complex at 742 Creek Road, Carindale, in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.
Ms Jones said NightOwl was moving its current Carindale outlet to a larger store in a retail complex across the road from a busy 24 hour McDonald’s.
“This tenancy is ideal for NightOwl as the property offers plenty of on-site parking,” she said.
“There are other high profile businesses in the complex and the site benefits from plenty of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
“The complex also offers great signage opportunities on busy Creek Rd.”
NightOwl began as one store in 1975 at Auchenflower in Brisbane’s west and now boasts stores in convenient locations across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
NightOwl has a secured a 10 year lease at Carindale for gross rental of $67,200 per annum.
