One glance at Circular Quay right now and you would be forgiven for mistaking the precinct for a major construction zone.
The iconic precinct is currently undergoing a new wave of development, and along with the NSW government’s $200 million funding to upgrade the ferry wharves and the construction of the light rail, a number of top tier developers are set to give Circular Quay a major facelift with brand new state of the art towers and entertainment spaces.

International architecture firm Grimshaw won the City of Sydney design excellence competition and envisioned the building with wellbeing and connectivity at the heart of the design.
The design of each floor plate allows for maximum flow, with dual level tenancies featuring internal stairs to a mezzanine style level to encourage movement.
Double height windows have been designed to maximise natural light, while balconies will offer tenants an oasis where they can take a break while remaining connected to the outside world.
