Developer Heavyweights to Shape Summit Series

More than 30 of the country’s leading residential developers have been confirmed to speak at The Urban Developer’s 2025 Residential Developer Summit, a national three-city series that will explore the future of Australia’s residential sector.

Encompassing Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, the series offers a rare platform to unpack the big issues—from housing supply and planning reform to funding challenges and evolving buyer demand.

With a mix of boutique operators, institutional players and greenfield specialists, this year’s speaker line-up reflects the depth and diversity of development happening across the country—by geography, scale and product type.

Alongside this line-up of developers, the program will feature an additional 30 to 40 sector experts across funding, research, design and town planning—providing critical insight into the forces shaping residential development today.
