Teamlink Streamlines End-to-End Property Sales Process

Teamwork sponsored hero march 2022

A new digitised way of streamlining property sales end-to-end has been introduced—Teamlink.

An AI-driven SaaS platform, which revolutionises the way all stakeholders work together during the property sales process, according to its developers, Teamlink has been in beta testing with a number of early partners in the past year part of the R&D phase.

“We have identified some pain points from our developer partners, agency partners and have gathered insights from our frontline agents,” Teamlink founder Walton Chu said.

“Our objective is to improve your day-to-day property sales operations by streamlining average workflows and centralise all functionalities with real-time notifications which is required in the property sales process.

“This will provide clarity across all teams to increase efficiency and productivity so the ultimate project goals can be achieved.”

Property developers will be able to see a bird’s eye view of a development project from launch to the sales process, Chu, who is also chief executive, said.

“The platform allows the user to authorise access to appointed agencies for their projects. On a micro level the user is also able to see instant notifications of the work-flow from ‘reservation’, ‘contracts-issued’, ‘contracts-exchanged’ and finally to ‘settlement’.

“From a sales and marketing perspective for the developer, the Teamlink platform is capable of releasing units in stages during the sales process as well as adjusting the price lists so it provides instant and streamlined information across all channels without having to write numerous emails, updating spreadsheets and engaging in phone conversations for minute matters.”

For agencies, the Teamlink platform, allows sales and marketing program to be used in the portal.

It is also capable of managing agents and inventory levels instantly. The dashboard is designed to help agencies to track and measure sales pipelines, monitoring the performance of any specific projects and tailor marketing strategies for any projects based on the information collated by the platform.

“One of the challenges that agencies encounter is that they spend a lot of time on administrative tasks such as reconciliation of figures, sales tracking based on information recorded on an excel spreadsheet or navigating through complicated CRM systems that are costly to run,” Chu said.

“Teamlink resolves these common issues by integrating all information into one platform and ultimately bringing operating costs down to a manageable level.”

Teamlink understands that agents are constantly out and about servicing their clients.

Unfortunately, this also means that administrative tasks get neglected. It is almost impossible to find the right balance in juggling with generating more sales or fulfilling paperwork that needs to be attended to.

“To overcome this challenge, Teamlink has developed a mobile application so that agents can perform real-time updates by using their phones,” Chu said.

“The phone application has the same functionalities as the web portal but it also means that agents can have access to Teamlink wherever their work takes them to during the day and allows all bases to be covered.

“As well, our patented AI-driven CRM portal has the ability to assist agents to identify active clients and ultimately serves as a function to close deals making prospecting a simple and enjoyable task.

“Teamlink is designed to be a part of your everyday working partner which aims to simplify your life as a busy agent. It is your digital assistant that helps you to focus on what is most important as an agent and that is generation of sales.”
