What Can the Industry Expect from the Commercial Sector in 2020?

eeb20caf-a72a-476b-adb3-4308330648fc

The Urban Developer is delighted to introduce our first Commercial Real Estate Summit to be held in Melbourne on 22 November 2019.

The one-day event brings together key players from the sector for an intensive day of research, opinion, case studies and networking.

Hosted in the award-winning 271 Spring Street, the event will kick-off with the latest research underpinning the office market including occupier demand, new supply, investment activity, transactions and more.

The event will explore both the landlord and the tenant perspective through panel discussions with the industry’s leading owners and agents.

Case studies will explore projects from the ground up and explore the whole cycle of development—from financing to architecture, development, construction and leasing—allowing attendees to learn directly from the market-making projects across the country.

A moderated panel of experts will also reveal how wellness, culture, performance and diversity is being embraced through the design of modern, flexible workplaces.

And finally, we will explore the future of the workplace through the disruptive technologies that are shaping the sector.

The event will conclude with networking drinks.

This is a unique opportunity for landlords, developers, agents and professionals within the commercial real estate sector to come together and develop a deeper understanding of the major forces shaping the future of work.
